This agreement sets out the terms of your Founderspace membership. It's short and written in plain language. Please read it carefully before signing.
1. Term and commitment
Founderspace is an annual membership. Your membership runs for 12 months from your start date. Billing follows your start date automatically.
2. Renewal
Your membership renews automatically for a further 12 months at the end of each term. The card on file is charged for the new term on your renewal date.
To stop the renewal, let us know in writing at least 3 days before your renewal date. We'll send you a reminder before we charge, so it's never a surprise.
If you cancel after the renewal has been charged, the new 12-month term still applies and the fee is not refundable.
3. Payment
Payments are collected by card on file via Stripe. If a payment fails, we'll let you know and retry. If a payment remains outstanding after 14 days, access to the community may be paused until it's resolved. Outstanding instalments remain payable.
Prices include VAT where applicable. Founderspace is operated by Justin Stomp, a sole trader (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands, KvK 96162880, VAT NL002415435B22.
4. What's included
Your membership includes:
• Access to the Founderspace community on Circle
• Weekly calls
• Monthly community calls
• Guest founder sessions
• Priority access to Founder Houses
• One Founder House seat per membership year (see section 5)
5. Your Founder House seat
Each 12-month membership term includes one seat at a Founder House retreat, worth up to €650.
• House price up to €650: your seat covers it in full.
• House price above €650: you can still use your seat. €650 is covered and you pay the difference. Example: a house priced at €1,100 means you pay €450.
• Valid during your term: the seat is for use within your current membership term. It is personal, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Availability. Your seat is guaranteed. A spot in a specific house or on specific dates is not. Each house has a limited number of places, and popular houses can fill up. Members get priority access to every house, so booking early gives you the best choice. If a house you want is full, you can use your seat at another house within your term.
Each house has its own dates, house terms and participation waiver, which you'll receive at booking.
6. Participation
Founderspace is built on accountability and trust. You agree to participate actively, show up to what you commit to, and treat fellow members with respect.
7. Confidentiality
Members share real numbers, strategies and personal situations. What's shared inside Founderspace stays inside Founderspace. You agree not to share other members' revenue figures, business details or personal information outside the community without their permission.
8. Intellectual property
Materials shared inside Founderspace (frameworks, templates, recordings, documents) are for your own use. You may use them in your business. You may not resell, republish or distribute them outside the community.
You keep ownership of everything you post. By posting in the community, you give us permission to reference it internally and, with your separate written okay, to share it publicly as a testimonial or case study.
9. Liability
Founderspace shares experience, frameworks and community. It is not financial, legal, tax or medical advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes. Founderspace is not liable for business results, losses or personal decisions made by members.
10. Removal
Founderspace may remove members who breach these terms, act in bad faith or make the space worse for others. In cases of serious breach, removal may be immediate and without refund.
11. Business purchase only
Founderspace is sold exclusively to businesses. It is not available to consumers.
By joining, you confirm that you are purchasing this membership for purposes related to your trade, business, craft or profession (as a founder, freelancer, sole trader or company) and not as a consumer. You confirm that the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to this agreement.
12. Data
We store your name, email, payment details and application answers to run your membership. We don't sell your data.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll give you 30 days' notice of any material change. If you don't agree, you may cancel at your next renewal.
14. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
