Founderspace Terms of Service/Membership agreement 1.0
Quick bit just so we’re all aligned before the fun starts:
Commitment
Founderspace is an annual membership, billed yearly or with a payment plan in special circumstances. Your billing just follows your start date automatically
Participation
Founderspace is a community built on accountability and trust. You agree to actively participate and respect fellow members.
Liability
Founderspace is not responsible for business outcomes or personal decisions made by members.
Termination
Founderspace reserves the right to remove members who do not follow community guidelines.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the value of Founderspace. Membership fees are refundable only if all of the following conditions are met:
You have completed all the onboarding steps in the first week of joining.
You participated in 90% activities (weekly check-ins, monthly calls and other scheduled commitments). You were active in Circle twice a week (on top of the weekly check-in message)
After the given commitment period, you can demonstrate that despite full participation, you received no meaningful value.
You request the refund in writing within 15 days after the membership period ends.
Refunds will not be granted if participation was partial, inconsistent, or if the request is made before completing the full agreed membership period.
