Founderspace Terms of Service/Membership agreement

Commitment

Founderspace is an annual membership, billed yearly (€1000 before 1 april 2026 €1500 after 1 april 2026) or monthly (€100) before 1 april 2026 €150 after 1 april 2026). Your billing just follows your start date automatically

Participation

Founderspace is a community built on accountability and trust. You agree to actively participate and respect fellow members.

Liability

Founderspace is not responsible for business outcomes or personal decisions made by members.

Termination

Founderspace reserves the right to remove members who do not follow community guidelines.

Refund Policy

We stand behind the value of Founderspace. Membership fees are refundable only if all of the following conditions are met:

You participated in all agreed activities (weekly check-ins, monthly calls, and other scheduled commitments).

After the full commitment period, you can demonstrate that despite full participation, you received no meaningful value.

You request the refund in writing within 30 days after the membership period ends.

Refunds will not be granted if participation was partial, inconsistent, or if the request is made before completing the full agreed membership period.
